Building on the Crucial Cs, we will explore how playing cooperative games together grows a stronger community. Schools and communities thrive when the adults and youth embrace a mindset of positive interdependence rather than negative interdependence, also known as a zero-sum mindset. This workshop transforms relationships away from competition against people and towards competition against problems and fulfills Alfred Adler's vision by reconceptualizing games for children.
