John Reardon has functioned as an Adlerian therapist, organizational developer and trainer, teacher, and mentor since 1984. As a Chicago student, he trained with Mosak, Powers, Schneider, Grunwald, Lobl, Wright, and Bartholomew. Given these roots, he established Phoenix Process Consultants in 1984, and remains in practice today. He taught at Adler Graduate School from 1997 until 2015, teaching therapy classes, Adlerian Organizational Development, and numerous workshops. He has written eight books and numerous articles
